2 Get a formal offer

Obviously, people come to us because they want to sell their property quickly. If our initial telephone estimate is acceptable, and you wish to proceed, we´ll carry out our valuation in-house and will usually come back to you with a formal offer within 24 hours. This offer will clearly set out the purchase price and all the terms of our agreement.

3 Relax and let us take care of the rest.

Once you´ve accepted our formal offer, we´ll take care of everything. If you have your own solicitors, simply let us have the details and we´ll contact them. If you don´t already have a solicitor, we can recommend someone to act on your behalf, or you can find one from The Law Society. Either way, we´ll cover all your agreed legal costs and arrange all the paperwork.
If our offer is subject to an internal inspection, we´ll arrange for one of our surveyors to visit and survey the property by appointment, free of charge.

4 Get your money within 7 days

In certain circumstances we can complete within 24 hours – providing all the paperwork is in order and your solicitor is ready to go. More usually we can complete within a week, ensuring that your money is available to you without delay. Alternatively we can delay completion until a date that suits you, allowing you the freedom to find a new home knowing you have a guaranteed sale.
