At Swift Capital, we appreciate that the vast majority of people will choose to sell their properties through an estate agent or investment agent. However the time implications and uncertainty of selling on the open market will mean that, for some, the Swift Capital home and commercial property buying model is the best option.

With this in mind, we offer a referral fee to all Estate Agents and Financial Advisors who recommend Swift Capitals services to their customers.

Estate Agents
As an estate agent there are several benefits to you and your customer of selling a property to Swift Capital:

You are providing your customer with a guaranteed buyer who will not back out of the sale, is chain-free and who can complete extremely quickly if required

We pay an introductory fee to you, so you should be able to waive your normal agency fees and provide your services completely free of charge

Once we have bought a property, we will immediately need to re-market it. We guarantee to give you the opportunity to market it on our behalf at your full standard rates, so your revenue from that property will actually be higher than if you had found a conventional buyer.

As you can see, everybody wins – your customer gets a guaranteed sale with no estate agent´s fees and you receive higher revenue from the property than you would otherwise have done.

Chain Repair Service for Estate Agents
Why lose out after all your hard work to achieve a sale?

Swift Capital offers a unique CHAIN REPAIR service based on our long experience in the purchase of properties often with legal, structural, planning and tenant problems. We will offer immediate or flexible completions to suit the vendor and chain.

Given our experience as home and commercial property buyers, having completed more than 1,000 transactions over the last few years, we are often able to take a view on many outstanding issues that can delay a sale. We do not require a bank valuation or survey prior to exchange and in some circumstances may not even require an internal inspection.

The service could also be extended to those vendors who require an immediate sale and are prepared to discount. Examples might be those emigrating, or facing repossession proceedings and those whose property is not suitable for sale, for whatever reasons, to an owner-occupier or simply wishing to become cash buyers.

These categories together with any other problem properties irrespective of condition, rented or vacant, would be appraised on a case by case basis.

Services for Housebuilders
We will buy any unsold units or showhomes that remain at the end of development (completed stock or off-plan) to allow a housebuilder to move off site.
