Head of Residential Acquisitions
Package OTE : £Six figures
The Role:
- Proactively managing and building on an existing team of acquisition managers
- Managing and supervising both team and own.
- Residential investment deals including the sourcing, reviewing, analysing and securing of single units and portfolios
- Responsible for managing and supervising acquisition,due diligence and sales
- Identifying value adding opportunities
- Directing and supervising projects including
- refurbishment and obtaining planning permissions where necessary
The Person:
- A proven track record and significant relevant property experience in addition to proven people management skills
- Full Understanding of all types of residential tenancies
- Commercial experience an advantage but not essential
- Educated to degree level/MRICS qualified
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
