The Role:
•
Sourcing, reviewing, identifying, analyzing and
securing single unit and portfolio investments
including quick turnaround and problem properties
•
Managing acquisition due diligence and sales
•
Identifying value adding opportunities
•
Supervising projects including basic refurbishment
The Person:
•
Relevant experience essential
•
Sound valuation skills essential
•
Full Understanding of all types of residential tenancies
•
Educated to degree level – Ideally MRICS
qualified/part qualified or with equivalent experience
and knowledge
•
Good communication, negotiation and
presentation skills
